The minimum order quantity for apparel is 5 pieces.
Other MOQ's depend on the article and can be seen when requesting a quotation, the quotation starts with the minimum order quantity.

The average delivery time is +- 3 weeks after confirmation of the artwork. For certain articles we have an express service where we can deliver in +- 7 days under certain conditions.

We can only guarantee high quality decoration if we receive your artwork in a vectorised file. 
A vectorized file is an image made of points, lines & shapes rather than pixels.
This means you can scale the file infinitely up or down without losing quality.
We accept .SVG, .AI, .PDF or .EPS.

We can vectorise the logo for you for €25 and 1 additional delivery day.

No, since we work with a select number of suppliers in order to guarantee the quality of our products, we don't decorate items that are not in our own collection.

We like to keep things plain and simple, which means not all of the items we offer are on our website.

The decoration technique depends mainly on:

2. Artwork

Here are the main decoration techniques which we offer:

Screenprinting:

Screenprinting is a technique where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto fabric, creating vibrant and durable designs. 
It's one of the most popular methods for custom apparel because it allows for high-quality prints in Pantone colours.

Screenprinting is interesting from 25 pieces onwards because of the set-up costs

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of stitching designs directly onto fabric using thread. 
This technique creates a premium, textured look that adds sophistication and durability to your apparel. It's ideal for logos, text, or detailed designs that need a professional finish

DTF transfers

Transfers involve printing a design onto a special film, which is then heat-pressed onto apparel. This method offers a clean, vibrant finish and allows for detailed graphics, gradients, and even full-color images. It’s ideal for a wide variety of designs and fabrics.

Unlike other methods, transfers have a low starting cost since they don’t require complex setup processes. This makes it perfect for small runs or varied designs. 
The quality of transfer printing has drastically improved with Direct-To-Film printing.

A normal fit follow the traditional sizing, meaning not too loose or too tight, like in the picture.

A relaxed offers a comfortable, easy-going silhouette that provides more room than a standard fit without being overly baggy. 
It ensures freedom of movement and a laid-back look while still have a clean look, like in the picture.

An oversized fit garment is deliberately designed to provide a more baggy, laid-back look, like in the picture.

To process an order we need the following information:

1. Style Name 
2. Colours per style
3. Sizes per colour and style if different styles
4. Logo placement: for example left chess, center back
5. Logo dimensions: for example 10 cm X 5 cm
6. Type of decoration: print or embroidery

We have the following price brackets for our textiles, other articles are on demand:

Price for <10 pieces

Price for 10 - 100 pieces

Price for 100 - 500 pieces

Price for 500 - 1000 pieces

Price for +1000 pieces available upon request

The price is calculated based on the total number of items ordered and not per style. So, you can order 70 t-shirts in various sizes and colors, 25 sweaters, and 10 tote bags. Then the total order amounts to 105 pieces and you get the price for 100 - 500 pieces.

The price for decoration also decreases as the quantities increase. We do not use a fixed bracket for this since it strongly depends on the type of decoration, size of the artwork, and number of colors.

You are free to combine the same type of decoration across different items. As long as your print remains the same, you can enjoy the bulk discount, regardless of the type of textile. Exceptions apply when the type of textile differs despite having the same print. A print on a cotton t-shirt is different than one on a polyester jacket.
